MOU Signing For The NARD Housing Development Scheme

DPZ Capital Ltd and Mainstreet Capital Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) on the 20th of May 2021, to build housing units for the resident Doctors and other health workers in Delta State University Teaching Hospital (DELSUTH), Oghara Delta.

This effort is in a bid to provide adequate housing services, as well as to address the menace of human capital flight, plaguing the Nigerian health sector.

During the event, the Chief Medical Director of DELSUTH, Dr. Ogueh Onome expressed satisfaction at the innovation, and described the exercise as a welcome development, noting that the management of DELSUTH has been fully sensitized about the entire process, for the benefits of their members and other staff of the institution.

The event was attended by the executive management of NARD led by the National President – Dr. Uyilawa Okhuaihesuyi, the CEO of DPZ Capital Ltd – Mr. Larry Ejele, the MD of Mainstreet Capital Ltd – Mr. Ebi Enaholo, the leadership of other health workers such as the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (MHWUN) amongst others.
